Reorder PDF Pages

How to Reorder PDF Pages Before Sharing a Document

A PDF can be completely correct in content and still feel broken if the pages are out of order. This happens often after combining scans, exporting selected pages or collecting attachments from several sources.

The easiest way to prevent mistakes is to decide the final sequence before you start. If the document should be 1, 2, 3, 4, write that down. If a section needs to move, make the new order explicit.

A simple way to handle it

After reordering, do a quick visual check. Look at the cover, the first page of each major section and the final page. If the document contains references such as “continued on page 8”, check those too.

Check the final file

When the sequence is correct, save the reordered copy with a new filename so the original remains untouched.
